• 1 ★: I have taken my time to go through most reviews of this app and I say this will ALL SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY that this app needs overhaul- if truly UBA listens to customer feedback. It is slow, not easy to use, your user ID is different from account number-unlike other apps, it logs you out constantly, and oh, dont you dare forget your password! I have been battling to retrieve my password since and the JAMB questions are killing me!!!! Please, for ease sake, overhaul this app!!!!
• 1 ★: I'm sincerely very disappointed that a Pan- African Bank like UBA can't develop an efficient Internet Banking Application that can give customers a time-life saving experience, that can help in emergency situations. I nearly lost my beloved one to this App, when the only place I can rescue her was through my UBA Account. This was one of the reasons I closed my account with the old UBA some years ago and went to the reliable Standard Trust Bank. How much is a reliable App ?
